Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of SMT Course, operated by TODO(client): registered legal business name ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our courses you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

You are buying access to pre-recorded educational video courses and downloadable material. You are not buying investment advice, a tips service, portfolio management, or any guarantee of financial outcome.

2. Access and licence

On successful payment we send an access link to the email address you provide at checkout. Access is granted to you personally for your own learning, for as long as we operate the service.

You may not:

  • share, forward, resell or publish your access link or the course material;
  • download, record, re-upload or redistribute any video;
  • use the material to run your own course or coaching service.

We may revoke access without refund if we find material being shared or redistributed.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are charged as a one-time payment. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card details. The amount charged is always the price shown on our product pages at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it before you pay.

5. No investment advice

Educational content only. Not investment advice. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisors. Trading and investing carry risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing in the courses constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Any decision you take in the market is yours alone, and you are responsible for its outcome.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the material available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Course content may be updated, reorganised or replaced over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses of any kind.

8. Governing law
