Delivery Policy

Everything here is digital. Nothing is physically shipped.

What we deliver

SMT Course sells digital video courses and downloadable study material. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping address, courier or delivery charge is involved.

When you get access

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway:

  1. Your access link is displayed on the confirmation page straight away.
  2. The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a minute.

The link opens a document listing every course you purchased, each linking to its video library. It works on phone, tablet and computer.

Delivery charges

None. The price you see is the total price.

If your email does not arrive

The most common cause is the email landing in Promotions or Spam. Search your inbox for SMT Course. If it still isn't there, use the resend page to have it sent again, or contact us and we will deliver it manually. We treat undelivered access as a priority.

How long access lasts

For life. There is no expiry date, no subscription and no renewal. If we add lessons to a course you already own, they appear at the same link at no extra cost.
